A pillar of cloud and fire...

Now living in us!

-Deuteronomy 5:24, Acts 2:1-3

This photo is one I took on a recent roadtrip. Four of us were driving across the Kansa plains watching this thunderstorm show off for nearly an hour. This cloud towered over the prairie and was full of lightning. Between lightning bursts the entire horizon was pitch black. When the cloud would light up, it put me in mind of the glory cloud the Israelites saw. What if this cloud wasn't partially lit for a moment or two, but completely brilliant with the wonder of God's glory? Wow.

There is some really good stuff stirring in me about the glory of God. It's not quite ready for blogging, but it is good and soon to be posted. God is lighting us up! He still wants to fill His temple with His glory...but now we are His temple. Praise God!!
