Please pray for my family. On Sunday my Grandpa passed over to heaven. We had a short notice. He was originally given 3-4 weeks after his initial diagnosis. He lived 9 weeks. As my mom said, "He was a fighter to the end."

Pray for my husband and I as we travel, that we will minister to my family exactly what God needs for them to receive from Him.

On a devotional note: I was looking up grief in the Bible and took note of Jeremiah chapter 45. In the middle of this long book to the nations, God took a moment to address Jeremiah's scribe. He is a God who sees us. He loves each individual and takes time to speak to them, even when everything around us seems to be falling down.
